Who is this data for?

The Reputation Database is for any Reputation Service that would like to leverage on-and-off-chain reputation data around SPs.

Each Reputation Service has freedom to produce their own interpretation of the raw data, such as SP reputation score and / or SP QoS ranking using their own heuristics. This is to avoid bias because to one client profile, download speed might be the top-most metric they care about, while to another client profile data center regions might be the dealbreaker.

Reputation Services such as yourselves are not part of the DAO but rather customers of the DAO. Reputation Services can represent a simple dashboard for clients to self-serve, or complex financial instruments like SP QoS insurance, where data clients can get compensated automatically for low SP QoS via smart contract.
